MEET OUR TEAM
Dr. Andrea Shaw
After growing up in Florida, Dr. Andrea Shaw was able to realize her dream of being a veterinarian while attending Auburn University. She and her husband moved to Arkansas in 1995, and both have loved raising their daughter here. While working as a relief veterinarian (filling in for veterinarians), Dr. Shaw discovered Landmark Animal Hospital and in 2012 she became its owner. The knowledgeable, caring staff and the wonderful clients and their pets are what helped convince Dr. Shaw to become a practice owner. “I love the relationships I have with my patients and their families.”
Dr. Kessler
After graduating from Veterinary School at the University of Kansas, Dr. Kessler moved to Arkansas with her husband, 2 children, 3 cats and 2 dogs. She has worked at Landmark since February 2019. You can find her caring for fur babies every Wednesday and Friday. When not working, she enjoys camping, hiking and boating.

CARISSA KEARY
Carissa has been with Landmark many years offering quality patient care and client education. As our clinic’s first certified veterinary technician, she continues to grow and deepen her experience and skillset. Her favorite procedures involve identifying anything under a microscope. Carissa has 3 super kiddos and she aspires to complete her education before they do. She will be attending Veterinary school starting in the Fall of 2020.
Kelly James
Kelly has been an assistant at Landmark Animal Hospital since September 2001. She grew up in the same area Landmark is located and has been passionate about caring for animals all her life. Kelly has a Boston Terrier mix named Autumn and a Chihuahua mix named Rocket.

Joining Landmark in June 2018, Elle is our newest team member. Her previous clinical experience is a valuable asset that allows her to assist in all areas of the practice. Elle enjoys building relationships with all our clients. She exceeds expectations to make sure our clients and patients have a pleasant experience.
